With Regulation (EU) 2019/1155 of June 20, 2019, changes to the Visa Code will come into force from February 2, 2020. This will result in the following main changes for the applicant:

Increase in visa fees to €80.00 (reduced to €40.00 for children aged between 6 and 12).
